voting against a proposition should be obliged to explain
to the Assembly the reasons why they voted against. That
would provide an opportunity to consider their reasons
and explanations.
Basically, the World Assembly should look like the
parliaments in the world. The first task of the World
Assembly should be to bring closer the positions and
unite the interests of the countries in the world.
The unification of the education and legal systems
should also be among the priorities of the Assembly.
The unique legal system in the whole world is a
very important element. The creation of a unique legal
system is a long-term process, but generally, the legal
systems of most countries are very similar, which is a
good starting point for the process. The delegates to the
UN will have to make long-term adjustments of the
present legal systems in all the countries in the world and
find a proper solution that would please everybody.
The minor and less complicated laws will be among
the first. For example, the speed limit on highways in
Canada is 100 kilometers an hour.
