In Germany, it is 200 km/h. The speed limit for the
highways all over the world will hopefully be easy to
adjust.
For example, the same crime in two different
countries is sanctioned differently. Such differences should
be ironed out in all the countries of the world. This will
prevent the escaping of criminals to other countries and
their extradition. The harmonization of the legal system
should start with laws that are easy to attune.
It will take time for the delegates to gain
experience but it will be a continuous process.
With the experience of the delegates, the Assembly
will enter a more sound and stable period in which the
delegates will be able to decide about more serious issues.
The unique legal system in the whole world will
give the population clear directions how to behave.
Each person will know what sanctions to expect if
he disobeys the law. Economic laws will be clearly defined
and the same in all the world. Money laundering in such a
system will diminish because the introduction of the same
tax rates will avoid differences in the taxation policies
among the states.
