I suggest the name World Scientific Space
Association (WSSA) for this scientific body. The

Association will recruit its new members on the basis of

the scientific paper presented to the selection panel by the

candidate.
The selection panel will consist of current WSSA

members. When the panel selects a new candidate for

WSSA membership, it will recommend him to the UN
Assembly. The Assembly will approve or disapprove of the

new member by democratic vote.

The financial support necessary for the work of this
Association will be provided from the UN budget. The

WSSA financial plan will be adopted and approved by the

UN Assembly every year. Try to imagine the size of the

budget of the Association when there are no wars and the
whole military budget, now used for armaments, flows

into the Association.

WSSA members will get their salaries from the

UN. They must have conditions that will enable them to
work seamlessly. Their suggestions for handling and

disseminating WSSA should be respected.
