This is required in order to avoid discontent of
countries with smaller population but developed
economies.
The representatives will rotate. They will not work
on the territory where they have been elected. By some
kind of ballot, they will be distributed throughout the
world. In this way, a representative from Florida can be
elected to work and represent the interests of Nigeria; the
Nigerian delegate may be elected to work and represent
the interests of a region in China, while the Chinese may
work and live in Germany, etc.
At first sight, this is a utopian proposition, but
dialectical realism analysis will prove this to be the right
decision. This way conflict of interests as well as pressure
by various lobby groups will be avoided. They will be
protected like the polar bears on the North Pole. They will
have guards that will guarantee their peace and security
with their own lives.
At first, in the present critical countries the
protection of the delegates will be provided by the state
they represent. Having completed their mandate, the
delegate will have a lifelong income and status of a
