THE SECOND PHASE The UN should establish a

committee that will start a global organization of a
scientific body that will deal with the problems of the

Space.

This body will include renowned space scientists,
astrophysicists, physicists, chemists, biologists, geneticists,

IT experts, metallurgists, mining engineers, electronic

engineers, architects, agronomists, mechanical engineers,

doctors…
Territories with most suitable geographic

preconditions for the activities of this body will be

determined. The body for space exploration will provide

an opportunity to integrate the scientific potential of the
whole world. The quantity will produce high quality that

will lead to faster scientific development.
