define the essence of what the character of a world MP should
look like.

World Assembly and world MPs will need to have qualities of

sages with high moral values. World MPs will need to abide by
ethical principles and be socially recognized and this should be

the primary condition for them to obtain candidate status. World
MPs need to combine their political skills with philosophical

wisdom. In such working environment these high intellectuals will
inevitably improve the quality of life on the planet.

Philosophy is not supposed to be just a futile discussion between

sages. It should teach people to act in the right direction.

World MPs will have powers and responsibilities. The main task

of the World Assembly will be adoption of laws that will be
implemented in the whole. The laws will have to be practical and

ethical, as well as advisory. World MPs will have to be

cosmopolitan and have love for all the people in the world and for
the whole. Their character traits should include honesty and

rationality.

A world MP should never let themselves be carried away by

passion and should stay away from evil.

The MP must possess will and determination to achieve a better
society. Good must be invariably present in the whole and evil
