The whole as a pillar around which to create a single interest has
never been taken as the first and most important element for a

better life. The world must be organized to see and recognize the
way in which it should embark on a new social development. The

democratic whole, in which people will organize a joint life and at

the same time fight for the same interests, is an inevitable
        process for the future.

Democratically elected Members of Parliament from around the
world will bring the whole together. Each elected MP in the

district where they are elected will not represent the interests of

their own voters, but the interests of another area or territory. The
elected MP will reside in the World Assembly for life after the end

of their tenure. They will become an adviser to the newly elected

        MP.

With this or a similar system, the individual interest of the world

MP will be avoided. Every elected MP will have to know that
there will be no personal property, and therefore no inheritance

for their family. Before the elections, candidates for Members of
the World Assembly will have to attend a complete training,

organized by the World Assembly, where they will be informed of
their rights and obligations and trained to act consistently.

philosophers become kings or the kings become philosophers
