rule the state and not of the people who think they actually have
the power.
In the event that the elected government does not meet the
expectations of those who created it, a web of intrigues is woven
for early elections, so that the other party can win. In case the
country has a presidential system, the disobedient president will
be assassinated and a new, more obedient one, will be elected.
(President Kennedy was assassinated in 1963 and the assassin,
his motif and goals, are not known to this day; there are
speculations, but one thing is certain – the victim was definitely
disobedient.)
Democracy can not be partial. Each country that has a
president or a prime minister fights for its own interests, which
implies division and creation of numerous different interests. In
this struggle, some win, some lose, but the whole bears the brunt
and retrogrades. Only a small group benefits from this setup,
while the population throughout the world is discontent,
depressed and anxious.
In practice, the term democracy should define a form of
government where all state decisions are made directly or
indirectly by the majority of people. The basis is a fair election
process.
