Theoretically, this is the goal of a democratic system, but in
practice, abuses are inevitable because elections lead to
significant changes in the government.
The present democratic system, implemented in almost all the
countries in the world, has the same form and name, but the
election laws are not uniform and they are constantly being
changed. Why are the there no uniform laws that would be
universally valid? The answer to this question is simple and
logical – because people who rule the world have control over it.
Laws allow for introduction of opportune changes.
Rhetoric in election campaigns is important in its form, but it
neglects the substance and the goal is one and well-known,
winning the elections.
Society should aim at a democratic system that would create
general or social benefit for all the people in the world. Social
progress and development is only possible in the democratic
dialectical realism of the whole.
Social acceptance of all the details of the whole will restore trust
among the people. This trust will embrace the good and reject
the evil. Such system of an organized society will bring serene
and happy people who will be greatly motivated to contribute for
the progress of humanity.
