police. Today's wars will disappear, because there will be
no platform for their subsistence. There can not be a war

between two states if their goals and interests are the

same . All the citizens of the world no matter where they

live will be under the protection of the World Police.
The fourth phase will be conducted when

conditions for that are created. Over time, with this

system of long-term approaching, residents from all over
the world will gain confidence in each other.

The nations will begin to merge with each other

(as the example of Canada, where immigrants from
around the world and their children from second and third

generation feel like real Canadians). Everyone will live

where it is most suitable and safety for living will be

provided . In this set of social relations armies will not be
needed. If there are no wars, why would there be armies?

Armies will be assimilated into the World Police.

World Police will assume overall military

equipment around the world and it will be paid by the UN.
Countries that have expensive equipment will get the most

money . They in turn, can return it to their citizens or

invest it for different goods.
