prospect because they are fake. The whole is inseparable and if
it is fragmented, it becomes demagoguery that denies the natural

wholeness while presenting as a whole something that is not.
History should be set aside or ignored and the whole should start

shaping itself.

The forthcoming transformation should be slow and look like the
start of a steam locomotive, which, after some time, takes speed

and starts moving very fast. The prerequisites have to be
coordinated by means of dialectical realism that has to be

socially acknowledged. The absence of these prerequisites can

result in huge mistakes with disastrous consequences.

The first precondition is to slowly but surely set history aside and

emphasize the importance of the study of future. Future must
come first. This way the whole world will recognize the necessity

of the whole for the future better life.

Globalization is a very important element that should be studied
and analyzed in order to find out how to plan the future. Since the

beginning of the previous century, state economies throughout
the world started losing their independence due to the influence

of the foreign markets. With the advancement of transport and

electronic communications, world trade has become much
easier. States throughout the world were no longer confined to

what they could produce themselves.
