When the actual state of the society is obscured or distorted, or if
there is an outburst of obvious and clearly expressed negative

individual interests, the whole society needs to detect the
problem unequivocally in order to be able to solve it. Regulated

relations within the society will become part of the daily life and

people will be used to accepting the good and rejecting the bad.

Prevention and protection against corrosion of the society will

keep the whole alert in order to take the necessary measures.
Future planning will provide solutions for the current problems.

Crimes are most often committed for some material gains. If

material gains are not the primary goal in the future, crime will be
reduced. This sounds odd at first, but it is essentially a normal

historical process.

The right to property is sacred and uncontested and it cannot be

appropriated. Real estate and personal property nationalization

caused evil doings and discontent in the past. This negative
experience has taught people not to encroach on personal

property.

When a wolf takes down its prey, it grabs a piece of it and eats it

alone. It is a survival instinct that applies not only to animals but
to humans as well. However, unlike animals, humans have better

developed brains, capable of reasoning and feeling. Equality has
