The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the
United Nations, is mere formality. It is seldom taken into
consideration or embedded into the laws or systems in the world.
The benefits of the UN Declaration are small because they lack
firm ground for implementation. The creation of such firm, socially
acknowledged foundations is inevitable and urgent for salvation
        of the planet Earth.
Nowadays, the UN has representatives from all the countries in
the world and everything is fine at first sight, but it is not so.
The reason why this system does not work lies in its setup and
        operation.
Every country in the world has its own interests and goals; their
representatives in the UN stand for the interests of their own
countries. When your interest is at stake you fight for it, and
morality, ethics and truth are not in the forefront.
However, if democratically elected representatives do not come
from the countries they represent, they see the truth and present
it accordingly. Such system will be fair and problems will be
solvable, decisions reached without exerting pressure will include
morality and ethics, logic will help to see the truth and goodness,
evil will be identified and rejected.
