change and improve social relations. Progressive ideas that are
useful and brings benefit to the whole will be imbedded in the

laws of the future society. Modern technology allows for the
advancement and realization of people’s wellbeing. Discontent

and evil will decline, while happiness will rise. Social changes are

intended to improve the general wellbeing.

Laws designed to hurt humanity are evil and immoral and they

will, definitely, not be enacted in the whole. The whole will be the
cure for the social cancer. It will bring peace and encourage

greater social development. Famine and wars will belong to the

past and diseases will be detected the moment they appear.
Good will and reason will be used for good causes and bring

        progress to human relationships.

Let us imagine we live in a system where the whole is already

established and acknowledged, there are no countries, but only

regions and territories. The World Assembly has a draft-law that
it wants to enact. A territory, for example, today’s Pakistan, does

not agree with the draft and thinks it is not good. Part of the MPs
go there and negotiate with the people who live in that territory.

Negotiations take as long as it is necessary to reach an
agreement, a day, two, three, a month, or several months even.

The great Socrates found a negotiating method that reveals the

truth a long time ago. It is possible that a territory does not agree
