change and improve social relations. Progressive ideas that are
useful and brings benefit to the whole will be imbedded in the
laws of the future society. Modern technology allows for the
advancement and realization of people’s wellbeing. Discontent
and evil will decline, while happiness will rise. Social changes are
intended to improve the general wellbeing.
Laws designed to hurt humanity are evil and immoral and they
will, definitely, not be enacted in the whole. The whole will be the
cure for the social cancer. It will bring peace and encourage
greater social development. Famine and wars will belong to the
past and diseases will be detected the moment they appear.
Good will and reason will be used for good causes and bring
progress to human relationships.
Let us imagine we live in a system where the whole is already
established and acknowledged, there are no countries, but only
regions and territories. The World Assembly has a draft-law that
it wants to enact. A territory, for example, today’s Pakistan, does
not agree with the draft and thinks it is not good. Part of the MPs
go there and negotiate with the people who live in that territory.
Negotiations take as long as it is necessary to reach an
agreement, a day, two, three, a month, or several months even.
The great Socrates found a negotiating method that reveals the
truth a long time ago. It is possible that a territory does not agree
