Rapid development will bring more peace to the whole world and

true values will be restored.

Test or experiment is a scientific procedure undertaken to
examine the validity of a hypothesis. For natural sciences, such

as physics or chemistry, it is relatively easy to make objective
and exact measurements because the conditions during the

experiment are controlled.

For social sciences, it is rather difficult to define the method for
scientifically sound measurement results.

Through the social experiment, the scientist challenges the
society to provide answers to their questions. The broader

meaning of the word experiment is a practical testing of a project
feasibility when deciding to carry it out or discard it should major

faults occur. The experiment is the main component of the

empirical approach to learning.

An undeniable fact is that the United Nations have contributed

significantly for the political and economic cooperation among its
member countries. But it has been behaving like an obedient

child. However, this child celebrated its eighteenth birthday a
long time ago and is expected to contribute more, to consider,

anticipate and correct its actions based on experience and
