There should be a body of wise people who will lead the world in
a positive direction. Direct democracy will thrive and improve

trust among people worldwide. Planned future will positively
reject demagoguery from the social relations. The rapprochement

of the whole will bring about prosperity and a higher level of

serenity will be achieved. Equal laws in all the world are an
inevitable future process.

The law is an expression of the general will, which implies the will
of the population in its entirety and not just certain people or

groupings. General will represents the will of the entire word

population.

The law must be unified and it should apply to the entire human

race. Different laws subvert or deform the legislation so that what
is considered moral or ethical behavior in one country is not for

another. Today’s problems arise from divergent laws. A person

born in different parts of the planet behaves differently because
of different laws. In a situation like this, the very meaning of law is

negation of the whole. Equal laws and unified legal system
should be a priority for the future in order to minimize discontent

of the world population.

The future World Assembly will pay special attention to human
relationships and increase the number of happy people in the

whole. Dialectical realism will be the base of a system that will
