impeccably. In history, when the continents were very far
from each other, when it took Marco Polo years to get
from Italy to China, the states were wholes in a way, but
today conditions have changed. It takes a few hours to
get from Los Angeles to London.
Nowadays, fast communication made the countries
dependable on each other. The social distribution of labor
in the world is a case in point. There are various relations,
communications and co-operations, in a word – the
countries are interconnected. Trade relations and the
speed with which goods are transported from one
continent to another give evidence to the closeness and
interconnectedness of the countries.
This connection des not mean that a country is a
whole. The extinction of the state will be done by using
dialectical realism. This would mean slow transfer of its
authority and responsibilities to the whole. The United
Nations should take over these authorities and
responsibilities and dialectical realism will contribute to
prevent harm to any of the states.
At the beginning, the education systems of all the
countries should be equalized and a unique education
