One of the main reasons was the uniting of two or more
tribes. Tribal communities joined to become stronger.

Later on the groups grew larger, through a process of
peaceful negotiations or wars. By expanding and marking

            their territories, they became states.

States were managed and governed by kings or emperors

who changed the system of selection of leaders. The title

            the best solution.
So today the leader is chosen by the people in elections

where the majority of votes decides who will lead them.
