This is a sore point in all the countries of the world.

            An obvious example is Greece, where party classes
            (clans) have brought their country to the brink of

            bankruptcy. Note that, when the European debt crisis

            appeared in Greece, the number of civil servants
            exceeded the number of productive workers. The Greeks

            are not to blame for this situation. The system itself

            gradually brought them to such a state. The same
            happened in other EU countries.

            So, the system of election of the leader of a state has

            significant drawbacks. This example applies to many

            countries with parliamentary system. The presidential
            system produced somewhat better results, but there is still

            much to be desired.

            The world today has entered a major economic and

            political crisis. This raised the issue of the necessity to
            change the current social relations. Naturally, changing

            the system as a whole would produce significant
            resistance from certain groups and individuals because

            they are afraid to lose what they have today. They struggle

            to keep the situation as it is because they are comfortable
