If I have a bigger house than the other, it means that,
during construction, I paid higher sales tax while

purchasing building material. Yet, today, your house can
be taken by the state if you have not paid property tax. If

you do not pay property tax, your house is confiscated and

auctioned off in order to collect payment for the tax, and
you get the rest of the money minus the expenses for

various lawyers and other administrative services. So,
essentially your house is not yours, in fact you are a

tenant in the house you bought or built with great difficulty.
The point is that private property is violated. Any property

or real estate you bother to build or purchase is not really

yours.

This system is often the cause of anxiety, depression and

other mental problems.

Is this also utopia? So, utopia is striving for comfort and

peace, while reality is supporting anxiety and
depression… You find it easy to pay annual expenses and

you say this is utopia and has nothing to do with reality.
What if you get fired and have no money to pay the annual

fixed costs? It will be too late then because you will be
broke and facing the other, dark side of the coin.
