Cost-efficient houses have to built that will also provide
more economical heating. The current technology allows
reduction of maintenance costs for our homes. For
example, solar panels could replace walls and enable
even temperature throughout the year. Car maintenance
costs (gas, oil, antifreeze, etc.) will be reduced and the
environment will be less polluted once electric and solar-
powered cars are used. Utility bills are a major problem for
people who have no money to pay them. Therefore they
should be free. Water, a gift of nature, is turned into a
business. Who does the mountain spring belong to? Is it
not a gift of nature to all of us? However, in that case the
question arises who is going to maintain the water supply
systems?
In Canada, healthcare is free and it is financed directly
from the sales tax. This example should be followed
because social welfare is for the benefit of all the citizens
and should be financed from the sales tax.
Property tax? What is it? Taxing, fines, racketeering,
WHAT? Property tax should supposedly mean I have a
bigger house than the other and I am paying $5.000 and
he is paying $1.000. Why is that?
