The clockwork mechanism is a perfect example of the
parts of the system, i.e. the whole. If only the segment
measuring seconds is used, only that segment will work
well but not the clock as a whole, its hands, pendulum or
alarm. Yet, for the whole mechanism to work well all its
parts should be synchronized and precise. The same goes
for the banks and corporations today. They may work fine
now, but they may not be aware that soon they will ruin
the whole and this will inevitably affect their own work. In
light of dialectical realism, some knowledge of mechanics
could be used here. In order for them to work in harmony
as a whole, all the elements of the social relations within a
system must be in sync.
To make this point clear, a list is given, consisting of
several moments that follow one another to form the basis
of the solution.
Example 1
Why would I want changes if this system works well for
me? I have money, the police protects me, I feel safe and
secure. I am comfortable, so why change?
Everything I have is legal. I live in a fine house, I have
good neighbours, we are all satisfied. In the evenings, I go
