Arbitrary actions or attacks upon collectives or individuals create
discontent and division. Demonstration of power to obtain justice

is possible only if the whole confirms and authorizes the action
that is supposed to take place. Underhand attacks with hidden

agendas for personal gain will not be possible in the whole as

there will be no arbitrary wishes and needs of individuals or small
collectives.

Creating a World Assembly or reorganizing the United Nations
with a system of democratically elected Members of Parliament is

an inevitable process. For this to happen, all the countries in the

world need to express their willingness to create the whole. The
world should be enlightened and convinced that the whole is for

our own benefit and exert pressure on the current rulers to

acknowledge and assist the creation of the whole.

The closeness of the world MP with the population they represent

will in time bring the people in the whole world closer together.
Reasonable solutions will prevail and the common interest will

motivate people to be rational and pragmatic in their decisions.

Liberal democracy is a form of representative democracy in

which individual rights and freedoms are officially recognized and

protected and the exercise of political power is limited by the rule
of law. Hence, liberal democracy incorporates freedom of

speech, thinking, religion and possession.
