People have always been manipulated by the state (a great
number of people fought and died in wars on behalf of the
state).
This division between personal and state interests creates
antagonistic relations. People living within the borders of
their own state have the feeling that the state protects the
interests of its citizens. This attitude of the state and of the
people living in it distorts and threatens the personal benefit
of the individual living in the state.
The individual always wants to get personal benefit and to
be happy and contented. The personal benefit can only be
gained from the benefit of the whole. The whole is its only
creator. State benefit compromises and degrades the
benefit of the individual and the whole. It suppresses
happiness and disturbs people’s serenity throughout the
world.
People want to be happy, but happiness is a transient
feeling, short-lived and elusive. There is no long-term
happiness. The desired eternal happiness is an abstraction
and has never been attained. Eternal happiness exists only
in the whole.
