to the collective goodwill. Rather than imposed, this general

awareness should be explained in order to be accepted by
the society. It should be made clear that personal interest

can only be achieved through general interest.

Human needs are relative and varying. They change

depending on the intellect which motivates will to achieve

certain goals. Culture and human needs should be evenly

and rationally developed throughout life. Nowadays, the
uneven relation between culture and human needs affects

social relations and degrades life itself.

In the present social conditions, ethical behavior has been

degraded and forgotten by the society and the individuals.
Ethics and morality are used to protect demagogy by which

people are disciplined to obey society.

The true values have been upturned by the social

perceptions. These perceptions have allowed arrogance to

enter the human mind. Justice is upset, feelings displaced,

discontent is great and causes the evil to spread throughout
the world. The essence of good life is buried, ethical norms

and values abandoned.
