states and it does so in order to accomplish its own
interests.
The interest of each country engenders separatism
that breaks the whole. The disunited whole can not be
strengthened. The disunited whole gives rise to discontent
in the other parts of the whole. This in turn causes
numerous problems in all the parts of the whole by
disturbing its peace. Wars are started and terrorism
appears as the greatest menace nowadays.
In terrorist attacks innocent people are killed. The
purpose of these attacks is to generate interest and
manifest discontent about something. Social relationships
today are a hindrance to a higher level of social
development. Historically, the creation of states
contributed towards social development, but now the
dominance of certain states impedes the total social
development. The world crisis of today is a sign that
something has to be changed. The study of the present
social relationships points to the need to establish new
ones. The time has come to strengthen the whole.
The state has to renounce some of its authority in
favor of the whole.
