war between them. The administration and organization of
the state is managed by a specialized group of people.
Historically, depending on the time and structure of
the state, their leaders got various titles.
Basically, the role of the leader is to strengthen the
state in order to sustain its survival. Small and weak states
extinguished and their territories were annexed by the
stronger states. This happened most often by wars and
annexing territories. This setup of the state reveals it
subjectivism. Each state has elements of subjectivism and
is not able to grasp the whole in an objective way.
Subjectivism is the result of the interest of the
state. State interests and goals are the reason why its
objectivity is lost.There are about two hundred states in
the world today. The interests and goals of these states
are basically the same. Hence their subjectivism and
mutual conflicts.
Shared element of all the countries in the world is
making alliances in order to sustain their existence and
develop and strengthen themselves. A strong and
developed state has the power to exert influence on other
