Back to the previous question who is against a highly
developed world. Would that pose a threat to the
government employees? By no means, even today there
are government and local authorities. They will continue to
work because the states will exist as territories or areas
within a single state The Earth and in that respect nothing
will change dramatically.
Only the barriers along the artificial borders will be
removed. It will be a process in which the quality of the
development will go side by side with the rapprochement
of the whole. This would mean that an underdeveloped
country, aided by the whole, should develop and change
in order to become part of the whole more quickly.
As countries begin to get closer, so will their interests and
goals. When all the world has a single goal and interest, it
will be the first sign that a new social order has been
established.
I will certainly not live to see it, but I would like to live in
such a world. When I envision it, I regret to have been
born in the wrong time period.
