Balanced development of the whole or bringing the
underdeveloped to the level of the developed areas in the

world is inevitable future process. This forward planning is
required for obtaining initial prosperity for all the people in

the world.

This raises a simple question: Who would mind the

whole world being highly developed? First, let us start

from individual assumptions or individual thinking.

Personally, I always want to help people in my
environment. I do not feel well when some friend of mine

goes downhill for any reason, subjective or objective. The

reason is very simple. If my friend feels down, he is filled
with negative energy. He radiates that energy and I do not

want that negative energy to affect me. This is one of the
reasons, but there are many others.

I could never understand people who take pleasure in the
misfortune of others.
