            The political system in almost all the countries in the world
            today has no perspective or future. The choice of a

            democratic system is no longer multipartisan but
            bipartisan, as a natural mathematical result of the long-

            lasting struggle among numerous  major and minor

            political parties .

            There is a steady increase of the state apparatus due to

            the conditions in which the system finds itself. It is the
            result of the democratic party system. To analyze and

            study it, one of the questions that has to be addressed is
            about the nature of the current political system.


            Studies are yet to be made in order to answer the complex
            question whether this system is good or bad. First, let us

            analyze the structure of the population or the kinds of
            classes that exist in the countries in the world.


            In each country, the bureaucratic class is the most
            numerous. It is the product of a system that reigns today.

            The political system inevitably produces a large number of
