Page 251 - THE PATH
P. 251
This has been confirmed in the case of the United States
where presidential elections have never been won by an
independent candidate.
From this, it can safely be inferred that the bureaucratic
class is the largest class in the society. This class is not
steady and unchangeable, it expands and increases with
every election and there are examples when it represents
more than half of the working population.
The worst thing is that it seems to have no end. Society
has never been so deformed as today. People are
concerned to find jobs in the state structures. The will for
individual progress is diminished and is on the lowest level
since the beginnings of man. Individuality is stifled by the
current political system. Opposition always struggles to
come to power, it is trying to recruit new members in order
to win the next elections. If it wins, bureaucracy will
increase and it will never end. If this problem is not
addressed, in the future, 50 percent or more people will be
paid from the budget of their respective country.
This is the truth today. The conclusion is that something
must be changed.
