The question arises how to control and prevent them. Is
            man sufficiently organized, connected and aware of his

            responsibility?

            Throughout history there have been people who wanted to

            organize the world but failed to do so. Today we also have
            various declarative appeals, but these moves are

            unconvincing and weak. Thorough and continuous

            education in this respect is an inevitable process we
            should all be committed to.

            Alexander the Great conquered in order to unite the whole

            world. This was just a desire, but he failed to implement

            the idea of a world where life would be better and more
            organized.

            When Jesus Christ preached the Ten Commandments,

            which are the tenets of the Bible, he did not have in mind

            only the Christians – those ten commandments concerned
            the people around the world.


            What is necessary is an essential reorganization among
            all the people of the world. This is the first and most

            important future process. It requires a good plan, based on
            dialectical realism, its first prerequisite being social
