organized. Organized and civilized social relationships will free
their energy for higher goals. The responsibility, hard work, and
energy that we spend to provide better life for our children will be
taken over by the society.
Character is a term that defines specific mental characteristics
and behavior of a person. Each character contains positive traits,
which means that a person has the opportunity or basis to be
good for the future.
In an ethical sense, the character is the moral side of a person.
The moral principles of a person can be positive or negative.
Theophrastus defines several undesirable character types.
Hypocrite, one who pretends, tends to hide or distort words and
behavior.
Arrogant, vulgar and sarcastic trifler.
Egotistic, has scorn for all the world beside oneself.
Avaricious, immoderately desirous of wealth or gain, disregarding
honor and dignity.
Vain, has petty desire for distinction, unworthy of a free person.
