A  single  goal  creates  a  single  interest  and  this  promotes  and
        speeds up social progress.


        BUREAUCRATISM  and  STATE  APPARATUS  are  among  the

        negative elements of the current political systems.

        In order to survive and fulfill its goals each country needs to have

        people who manage the affairs of the state. A state must have a
        president,  a  government,  embassies,  parliament,  ministries,

        army, etc.

        At  first  sight,  there  is  nothing  wrong  with  this,  everything  is

        normal, these are elements that each state needs to have.


        In  every  state,  the  parliament  enact  laws,  the  executive  power
        enforces  these  laws  and  this  is  how  a  state  works.  The  state

        plans the budget, collects taxes, builds and makes decisions, etc.


        Yet, a study of the essence of states reveals striking negativities
        that  bring  about  conflicts  and  prevent  the  development  of  the

        society into a whole.

        A state produces labor force that requires finances but does not

        bring any progress.

        A  state  creates  laws  that  are  different  or  partly  identical  with

        those of other states. Visitors coming from other states have to

        obey these laws. If the same laws apply to the whole world, there
