provide solutions where everybody will be employed and
unemployment will remain in history.

Today’s historical moment requires from the

humanity to take a step forward.

To simplify this, let me go back to the remaining
50% of the population. Here I include people who have

sham unproductive jobs in public administration. The

future must be treated, the man must take the next step,
we must not allow self-destruction.The present social

problem must be treated. This treatment must be holistic

and not partial. Changes must be made and these
changes must be realistic.

Dialectical realism will find solution for this step

forward. We are burdened by history, prejudices, tradition

and prevents us from opening our eyes. What would
happen if an alien came here and we tell him about our

problem. He would laugh and would say that we do not

have a problem, but we need better organization, unity

and rules of conduct.
The United Nations exist; the first step was made a

long time ago. However, we somehow see it in a utopian
