in the Western European countries. It is absurd that the
region of Central Africa, with its vast resources of all kind

that can provide good life, has the largest number of
migrants. Why is this happening?

One of the most frequent reasons for migration is the lack
of basic human rights. It may seem unbelievable that it is

possible in the 21 century, but it is the reality in some
parts of the world.

A unique legal system would solve this big problem.
Someone might comment that a single legal system could

not solve the problem in its entirety. I agree with this

conclusion but will add that a single police could help. A
single police will defend the legal system in the world.

World Police will be necessary in the third phase. Who

would be against having a single legal system and a single

World Police to defend it? Certainly those who benefit
from the present situation of disunity in the world.

Are there people who neither work nor inherited anything
but are very rich? Today’s social relations must be very

convenient to such people. They say I am Utopian and my
philosophy is utopian. They would do anything to use and

manipulate us and would stop at nothing to get what they
