The principles of dialectical realism have to be respected
and implemented. Dialectical realism has to be socially

recognized or else it will not be efficient. Non-
implementation and non-compliance with dialectic realism

would create demagogy and yet another manipulation

where the whole situation will again be distorted for
someone’s personal gain and interest.

The United Nations should take over their responsibilities
based on solid grounds as improvisations can have dire

effects on the process of transformation.

Constituting the new Assembly of the United Nations by

democratically elected representatives from the whole
world is the first step that has to be done as soon as

possible. The conditions about the possible candidates for
representatives to the UN should be clearly postulated in

order to provide delegates with high moral and

professional qualities as well as intellectual abilities that
can contribute to the benefit of the whole world.

The first challenge to be addressed by the World

Assembly should be standardization of the education and

legal systems.
