As for the standardized legal system worldwide, it will
clearly contribute towards respect of the social relations in

the world. Law will be obeyed and justice, which is partly
unclear in some parts of the world, will be transparent.

Nowadays, there is a large number of bilateral and

multilateral agreements and treaties aimed at
standardization of various laws.

Today, member states of the European Union and EU
aspirant countries approximate their legal systems on a

daily basis. It highlights the necessity of a single legal
system. There are other alliances in various parts of the

world where the necessity of a single legal system
becomes imminent and evident. Such initiatives are a

positive sign, but they are insufficient to cope with the

challenges of today.

One can not be successful by playing football with a

mended ball. A new ball has to be provided for a better
quality match.

The standardized legal system will bring about positive

results.
