Today sincerity is seen as flaw. Honest people are treated
differently than the others. They say the honest and the

naïve are brothers. Sincerity is slowly gaining value, yet

too slowly to be of any significance. In my opinion, it is
only paid lip service.

Sincerity has to be addressed because it is part of the
future and the future should be introduced as a scientific

discipline and school subject in schools and universities
worldwide.

In the future, demagogy and lies will be history. The future
will be free of demagogy and falsehood and they will be

ridiculous and obsolete. The future will reach another level
in which social relations are sincere. The planning and

studying of the future can not include elements of

demagogy and lies. Honesty and love among people will
overcome malice because malice is not an inborn, but

acquired trait and therefore it will disappear in future.

There have always been leaders who guided communities

or countries. The pyramid of leadership is the most
prevailing form of government – leaders appoint their

deputies, ministers and governors for different areas of
