Individual abilities and intelligence can not surface. Unless they
are members of one of the major parties in a country, it is very
difficult for apolitical people to display their high qualities.
Political struggles for power exist both between parties and within
them, thus stifling the competitiveness of smaller parties that can
not make their presence felt. Creative, capable and wise people
are disregarded. In other words, current leaders take the place of
their more competent fellow citizens.
Big parties do their best to eliminate competition. Smaller parties
lack the power to win political battles, the way, for example, a
small family business can not compete with a big corporation.
In theory, today’s democracy is a relatively good idea, in practice
it has been totally distorted. This distortion was created by means
of demagogical social relationships that are maintained
throughout the world.
Demagoguery has reached its pinnacle. It would be natural and
logical to expect its downfall. The demise of demagoguery is
inevitable and this will save the society from the mire in which it is
stuck.
Among the reasons for the downfall of demagoguery is the all-
encompassing progress the world experiences. Demagoguery is
