2. People in tough and challenging situations will be readily
identified.

3. People hit by natural disasters will be detected.
4. Criminals and evil doers will be detected.

5. Crime will be prevented.

6. Safe and free movement will be enabled.
7. Morally correct people will be protected from violence and

injustice.

The negative effects are:

1. People will lose their relative freedom, but only the

freedom to do evil will be restricted. The implanted chip
will prevent it so that goodness will prevail.

2. Some of the privacy or things that should not be shared in
public will be lost, for example, sexual relations and the

like.

In order to avoid malpractice, this will have to be regulated
and offenders sanctioned.

The World Assembly, with its institutions, will control all the
activities in the system. It will not allow and will forbid any

wrongdoings in the whole.

There will be no criminals because the system will not allow it.
