The wish for money and fame is a great motivator.
It provides faster and more dynamic social development.
A point in case is the socialist leveling of salaries.
Undeniable historical fact is that private property has
contributed considerably.
Dialectical realism in the private property
analysis reveals significant elements that have not been
taken into consideration in the study of private property.
To begin with, private property is changeable,
which means not steady and constant. It is not possible to
have a fixed position when the subject of study is variable
and unsteady.
Here is an example of the variability of the
property: In 1801, in New York, one of the better-off
people was a blacksmith Smith, who had a big shop with a
dozen of workers and apprentices. People in the area
would go to Master Smith to have their horses shoed.
What would happen to him if he lived in New York today?
He would not have customers because horses have been
replaced by cars. The variability of property is an incentive
for innovations and progress. Nowadays, it is evident
more than ever.
